Personality: Coco has proven to be quite the handful of a filly. The dark chocolate filly is an extremely busy mind and always needs to find something to keep her entertained. Due to her utter hate of having to stand still for too long, she is definitely a pain to saddle. Keeping her in her stall for too long is just a disaster waiting to happen. In fact, Coco has proven herself to be quite the escape artist, obviously a little too intelligent for her own good. She somehow always figures out a way to free herself from her stall and catching her is no easy feat. This energizer bunny of a filly is near impossible to catch due to her boundless amounts of energy - she simply doesn't tire. While she is a handful, Coco is by no means mean, at least when it comes to humans. Other horses are a bit of a different story as Coco is an extremely solitary filly and enjoys being alone. Other horses are more of an annoyance than anything to her. She has an aggressive side and will definitely show it if another horse gets too close for comfort. With humans, Coco is just a friendly filly. She loves attention and unless you're trying to saddle her - which can be an absolute nightmare - she is sweet and lovable overall.
RACE INFORMATION
Grade 5
6-11 furlongs (2f extension applied) Turf [Good] Dirt [Great] Race Results: 15 | 3-2-6 | 75% Running Style: Versatile Coco is always a bit of a handful in the saddling paddock and post parade, but that's to be expected with how she handles saddling on an everyday basis. Breaking from the gate isn't exactly her strong point, but the good thing is that she can settle pretty much anywhere in the field. She has enough energy to set the pace if she must but also enough of a kick to pull off closing. Her only requirement is that she needs her space. Coco hates being crowded by other horses and therefore will break at a slower pace and settle in a spot where she can have a little bubble to herself throughout the race. Coco begins to make her move in the final turn. From there, her endless amounts of energy really quick in and she has a deadly closing kick that can take her from last to first in a blink of an eye.
