YOB: Y20
Gender: Colt Color: Dark Bay Height: 16.2hh GS ROYAL CROWN X LADY TIMEAH
Personality:
He gets his champion looks from his dam. He absolutely radiates confidence with every step and ripple of his muscles. Lady Timeah looks nothing short of a champion, a sort of horse who radiates confidence and class, a sort who's talent speaks in volumes. Lady Timeah is the type of horse who commands attention the second she steps foot out of the barn and onto the track. Not above screaming to display her dominance, Lady will stake her claim for boss seconds after meeting a new rival. She does not bow down to anyone, horse or human. Dominance is her key trait. At many times in her young career, Lady Timeah had to go toe to toe with her handlers. She is a difficult horse, but she has enough brains to be dangerous on the track. Crow is without a doubt the brattiest horse to ever come to Witch Creek Stables. He is a tough nut and very hard on his human handlers. He needs a pony every time he steps out into a post parade. He is the in charge type or the world is ending. The colt is high strung and incredibly powerful. He knows how to get his way and get his attention. Crow is the perfect animal with the typical flighty race horse mind set. He is on his toes every moment of the day except during feeding which is particularly odd considering that thoroughbreds typically show aggressive behaviors at meal times. Meal times are the only time Crow is laid back. He will rear and squeal and command attention with a vibrating neigh that shakes every bone in your body. He's very nippy when grooming and has to be watched with an eagle eye by a second human in order to assure the safety of fingers. Crow adores treats and humans. He just has an odd way of showing it. The two year old is a brilliant runner out on the turf, very flashy and very sparkly. He never puts a hoof out of place and is more than willing to be that push button pony you've always longed for. He's not a stubborn mule as long as you ask before you force an issue. Crow loves to run and get that adrenaline high which makes him very well suited to Maggie Reynolds. The colt has a very, very bouncy jog so you can never truly sit in the saddle. He doesn't even like when you sit in the saddle and will pick up the pace enough until the rider decides to stand in the stirrups and give in. Crow gets very hot out on the track, blowing himself up because he doesn't get to express his inner rage and fire when he is constantly being forced to show manners. He is a brilliant, gutsy colt and loves to show off. Ironically, he hates standing in the winner's circle and hates blankets of flowers. In fact he's terrified of the blanket of flowers. Witch Creek loves his starry eyes and infamous bratty nature. His nature makes him stand out in such a quality, but select line up at Witch Creek. High hopes are riding on this guy for the mile and classics next year. It's hoped that Witch Creek can aim for wins in the Turf Triple Crown in back to back years with Frozen Motion and GS Royal Crown. The two horses love to workout together. Freeze teaches the colt patience and Crow teaches Freeze the way to execute rage and fire on the racetrack. It always amazing to see the horses running together, battling it out with spirit and body. Crow is out to make a statement and become the next top horse at Witch Creek Stable. |
